As a new patient, I was very pleased with my experience at Liberty Lake Smile. My tooth cracked earlier in the week, and broke off. They were able to see me the same day, addressed the problem, and got me set up with a temporary crown. Dr. Casey, explained what the issues were, and his method was very gentle. The staff was friendly and professional.

After going without dental work for about 15 years, this office made catching back up a breeze! Had 6 fillings and barely felt a thing. The cleaning went well & easy also. They explain what they’re doing and constantly check to see how you’re doing.

I just had a 2 hr and 20 min appointment for replacement of 3 crowns. I wasn’t looking forward to it….who does??! But it was actually much better than I expected. Dr McCall and his team are very knowledgeable and professional. I have been through a lot of dentists since I moved here 17 years ago and I think I have finally found my dentist!! I also had my teeth cleaned a few months ago and a cavity filled. Great experience every time.

Love this place and all the people that work there. They all go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and take time to answer any questions you have. The only negative is I wanted to get my husband scheduled to start going to this office and he is unable to come in until 2:00 each day and new patients have to be seen early in morning. So I’m upset he won’t be able to get the same quality of service.

I have been seeing Dr. Casey for several years since my family moved back to Spokane. He has been the nicest most caring dentist I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. Recently he had to break some bad news, that one of my root canels failed, and he did it is such a kind, gentle and educational way. I struggled with the news but I know it would have been far worse if it came from another less caring provider. Dr. Casey is always positive and encouraging every visit and the staff makes you feel like you are family.

I have been to several dentists and I have never even been able to have a cleaning without nitrous because of my anxiety and since I have been to Dr. Casey’s office I no longer need it. From the time you walk in the front door you are put at ease and greeted with some of the friendliest people I have ever encountered. I chipped my tooth Sunday evening, called Dr.Brian Monday morning seeing if he could fit me in. he had me in the chair within a couple hours and only took 30-45 min to repair the spot i chipped. honestly best and quickest doctor/dental visit ive had. I have always hated going to the dentist due to having a lengthy history of dental work - but always love going to Dr Casey's (and now Liberty Lake Smile Source with Dr Macall). Every time I have gone for about the past 5 years, the staff is genuinely friendly, a pleasure to interact with, & just filled with amazing people. I mentioned to the staff briefly during my last checkup that I was getting married later in the week, and recently returned from our honeymoon with a signed card from their dental office congratulating my wife and I regarding the wedding. Such a small gesture - but very sweet, thoughtful, & simply showcases the outstanding & caring type of people working at this office in general. Would definitely recommend to those looking for a new dentist office!

I recently switched to Liberty Lake Smile Source, and now I wish I had much sooner! Dr. Macall and Dr. Casey are awesome! They are very professional, explain things well, and it’s clear they love their jobs! The entire staff is friendly and efficient. They are so kind and accommodating with scheduling appointments. Their office is very clean and has the most current equipment. Everything I’ve experienced there has definitely been 5 stars!!!

Incredible friendly knowledgeable expert staff and a beautiful welcoming brand new facility sets this dentist far ahead of anyone else around. I have recommended them to all my coworkers and family. I would say, if it was possible, I would give them 10 stars.

This visit I had a new hygienist that I had not seen before. Her name is Sunny and I thought she was fantastic. She was gentle and was conscious of my sensitivity to cold and the rinse water was nice and warm. All of the staff are knowledgable and seem to relate well with each other. Even though the practice is out of my dental network, I do not mind paying the extra amount of money to stay with a practice I am comfortable with. Only downside is the amount of parking spots. I found out that will be a non-issue once the move into their new building! I am excited to see their new office!

This dental office is the BEST! From the way the welcome you up front to how each staff member treats you in the back. Dr Casey does excellent work and I recently had a crown on a molar and it fit great and had no sensitivity like I usually do. If you need a dentist I highly recommend them for old and young alike. I cannot imagine going anywhere else now that I have found Dr. Casey and his awesome team!

Our first visit. First waking in. Atmosphere was very calm and inviting!! Very clean lobby and exam rooms. Staff was very attentive and friendly. They were generally interested in getting to know me and my wife. Had a very strong “family” feel. Which was very nice for my wife and I. The Dentist Dr. Casey was great. Personable. Explained every option available for treatments and then offered an opinion. Was efficient with his and my time. Glad i have this place a chance. Would recommend to anyone. Found our new family dentist!!:)

Best dentist and hygienist I have ever had. Has worked with me to make my mouth healthier. I started with terrible gingivitis and now have healthy gums. When I had terrible tooth pain, they were able to get me in and sent me to get a root canal. I’ve always gone into every procedure knowing exactly how much I was going to pay. Never any surprises. My hygienist who I always see seems like a best friend even though I only see her twice a year. Dr. Casey listens and talks to you like a person. They are very gentle with my kids too. I can’t say enough nice things about this place!

I am always greeted promptly in a friendly manner as I enter the office. The staff person who will provide my dental services never keeps me waiting. My personal comfort is the first order of business in the dental chair. An explanation of what is being done and why is readily available. And the doctor of dentistry is readily available and willing to describe plans of treatment as necessary. And the mantra accompanying procedures is "We don't want you to experience any pain or discomfort."

I learned more about my teeth today than I have in 40 years of going to the dentist. The initial consult was informative and interststing. I didn't feel sold or taken advantage of. Everything they recommended they showed me why I needed it. The dentist was funny and personable, and cute. Mindy was kind and comforting. We have been going to Dr Tim Casey for over 15 yrs. We have referred alot of our friends to him because we have trusted him. We have 6 children who he has taken care of all their dental needs. He can work on all ages and if he cannot do a procedure he has the humility to refer you. May he have many more years serving our community.

Dr. Casey and his staff are absolutely amazing! They don't make you feel guilty or ashamed for not having the perfect smile and they always treat me with great respect and kindness! I love the friendly staff! The hygienist I see is the best I've ever been to! Superb! Dr Casey is amazing as well and very knowledgeable! He gives you options when discussing treatments plans which is rare! I don't know I haven't gone to him longer! I am a very happy patient and give my friends and family his offices information for their dental needs!

Love Dr. Casey and the staff. I'll admit I was scared to death to go see him for my root canal. Was always afraid it would be painful and expensive but lo and behold neither of them proved to be case. Staff was fantastic and you can tell they love working there. Wish my job was that fun.
