Veneers

Our practice is proud to offer state-of-the-art, all porcelain veneers and crowns made by Empress and featured on the hit television series “Extreme Makeover.” Sometimes braces are not a desireable option because of the metal look or the length of treatment. Many times veneers can perfect your smile eliminating the need for braces in as little as 2 weeks., Veneers can perfect your smile by masking stains, closing spaces, hiding chips, correcting misalignment, and creating uniformity. Veneers, which are made of thin, customized material designed to slide over the teeth, look incredibly natural, are long-lasting, and are relatively easy to apply. Please contact us today to find out more about our Empress veneersor our no prep thin Cristal Veneers.

Invisalign

We know that many people who want to straighten their teeth are discouraged by the idea of having to wear noticeable and uncomfortable metal brackets and wires. That's why we are proud to offer Invisalign® orthodontics at Casey Family Dental in Liberty Lake for our patients who want to straighten their teeth in the most convenient way possible. Invisalign® is comfortable, removable, and nearly invisible!

Bridges

In addition to dental implants, patients can have one or more teeth replaced with a dental bridge. Dental bridges literally bridge the gap left by missing teeth. (“Click here to see photos of actual patients with natural looking bridges.” Bridges include one or more replacement teeth that are attached to surrounding teeth which have been prepared with dental crowns. Dental bridges can be placed in two visits to our practice. During the first visit, teeth surrounding the gap are prepared for dental crowns and an impression of the area is made. This impression is sent to a dental laboratory so that the bridge can be crafted. Once the bridge is ready, it is bonded into place during a second appointment. In some cases, bridges may be attached with dental implants without affecting surrounding teeth.

Inlays

The best ways to repair teeth that are not severely damaged enough to require dental crowns or implants may be inlays. Available at our office inlays are available in durable tooth-colored porcelain for a discreet, functional repair. Properly placed, an inlay can actually strengthen the natural tooth. Dental inlays are used to repair damage in the indented top surface of the tooth. Each inlay is created from a custom mold of the tooth to ensure a perfect, customized fit. Inlays are sometimes used in place of fillings to repair damage caused by tooth decay. Compared to metal fillings, they allow for the preservation of more of the natural tooth structure and for the patient to avoid many of the unwanted side effects of fillings, including temperature sensitivity.

Implants

Dental implants are the most conservative, longest lasting, and most natural tooth replacement system available. It is important to fill the gap left by a missing tooth so that the surrounding teeth don’t shift out of place, which can cause chewing, speaking, and other problems. Tooth loss can also cause premature aging as the lips and cheeks cave into to the mouth. Dental implants offer our patients with missing teeth a permanent replacement option. Dental implants allow our dentists to attach a single replacement tooth, a dental bridge or partial denture, or full dentures in a way that does not compromise the adjacent teeth and feels like your own teeth. Dental implants serve as artificial roots for replacement teeth. Dr Casey can design a natural-looking replacement tooth or teeth and place them on the implant. Tooth Whitening

Many of us feel that our smiles are most striking when our teeth look especially white, but unfortunately, soft drinks, coffee, tea, tobacco, and time can leave behind ugly stains. To help you restore your gleaming, white smile and to give you an added boost of confidence, we offer many options, such as in-office bleaching. Please contact us today to find out more about these options and which one is best for you.
